Lindsay Williams / Owner

Lindsay Williams is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys challenging herself and others to meet and exceed their personal fitness goals. Realizing her dream in the fitness industry, Lindsay obtained her American Council on Exercise (ACE) certification and worked at the Gold’s Gym Fredericksburg for two years (2007-2009) as a personal trainer. Learning about the CrossFit methodology and its overwhelming positive effect on the athlete, Lindsay decided to shift her focus to CrossFit. Desiring to share her knowledge and positive spirit with others, Lindsay’s focus remains on the development and growth of her athletes. Lindsay’s wonderful husband Scott and two beautiful daughters, Madison and Gracelyn, are avid athletes at CrossFit Forward.

Jordan Puig

Jordan's passion for fitness began at an early age which eventually led him to become a Personal Trainer in 2012.  While initially focused on traditional bodybuilding, he quickly realized the benefits of CrossFit and earned certifications to coach CrossFit across all levels of fitness. Jordan also loves teaching students the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle through CrossFit and weightlifting. Jordan is driven by a desire to not only help athletes reach their peak performance, but improve the way they feel in their daily lives through targeted recovery and mobility training.

"My wife introduced me to CrossFit in 2011. Having always been involved in sports during high school and being an avid outdoors type of guy, I thought Crossfit would be like all the other workouts. I quickly realized how wrong I was as I lie on the floor of Lindsay’s garage gasping for air after my first WOD. It’s 2017 and I haven’t looked back. What started as a way to get in shape for a honeymoon, quickly became a way of life so to speak. A way to feel better, look better, eat cleaner, get stronger, meet great people, become a better person, and above all, help others learn what I have learned from so many athletes and coaches. After seeing athletes struggle with basic movements, I decided I wanted to help. In 2015 I became Level 1 certified to coach CrossFit classes. One of the best things I’ve ever done. Like many of you, I work fulltime, have a beautiful wife, children, and grandchildren, and lots of pets. Point being; we all live a busy life, and have trouble “finding time”. Are you ready for a change? You must commit. You must make time to better yourself. Your hard work will pay off. I started at the bottom and I’m far from the top. I’m not here to be the best, I’m here to not be the old, beer belly guy that can’t tie his shoes or walk upstairs without losing my breath. That being said, I will push you, I will critique you, I will be honest with you and you must be honest with yourself, because CrossFit will humble you quickly. There is nothing you can’t do. We will find a way to make you better at everyday life!"

Adam Ricard


I've been doing CrossFit for almost four years. Throughout I have benefitted from the training in the military, as a heavy equipment mechanic, and now as a Law Enforcement Officer. I've been coaching for two years, following my four years as a Command Fitness Leader in the Navy, and there is nothing I love more than teaching those who are willing to learn. While I can only coach part time, anytime you see me, feel free to ask for any help! There is nothing more important than a healthy and physically fit lifestyle and I'm happy to offer whatever help I can in helping you achieve yours.
