WHAT IS FAST FORWARD?
Fast Forward is a bootcamp like none other. It is not session based, nor does it end after a set time frame. Fast Forward is a bootcamp that continues to grow with the development of you. It is designed to help you achieve a healthy and active lifestyle, regardless of current fitness levels and it will grow with you as you hit each new goal. The journey only ends when you end it.
PROGRAMMING AND TRAINING:
Fast Forward specializes in accommodating different athletic levels, helping you obtain optimum results in range of motion, strength, endurance, flexibility and power. Each class includes an intense warm-up, a skill set, a “work out of the day” and a cool down. The program is three days a week and encompasses an upper body, lower body and full body (obstacle course) day – as well as weekly nutritional education.
CLASS TIMES AND PRICING:
Fast Forward is held every:
Tuesday and Thursday 7:15 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.
Saturday 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
$100 a month, no contract.
A WORD FROM THE COACHES:
We welcome you to visit our gym or contact us and register for a FREE class. We want you to first observe our training, the gym, meet us and have the ability to talk with others already in the program. We believe that once you start our program it will be the beginning of a new life for you and we look forward to meeting you.
