I am Jay. I have been a member of CrossFit Forward since 2013 and coaching since 2020. I enjoy coaching because of the social interactions and helping people achieve their goals.
Fun Fact: I travel extensively for work and pleasure. I have visited 44 states and 15 countries. During my travels, I have dropped in at about 30 different CrossFit gyms. I find it interesting that each gym has its own unique culture but the same CrossFit foundation.
