Coach
Coach Jo brings three years of dedicated CrossFit experience to the community at CrossFit Forward. She has quickly grown into a respected athlete and coach who leads by example. Driven by a desire to continue to grow and learn, Coach Jo approaches every training session as an oppurtunity to improve, elevate others, and deepen her understanding of the sport. Her passion for progress inspires those around her, making her an integral part of the Crossfit Forward community.
Fun Fact: Despite not loving running, Coach Jo ran her first half marathon in 2025. She does not plan to do any more long distance running.
