Working out has been a huge part of my life for 20 years now. What started at a bare bones boxing gym transitioned to functional fitness and eventually led me to a CrossFit gym during the peak of COVID in 2020. I fell in love not only with the style of workouts, but the community and family feel that is synonymous with CrossFit. I loathe cardio couplets, love low intensity grinds, have one running pace (slow), and prefer strict pull-ups over kipping! I'm excited to be a part of the Forward family and look forward to helping members meet their fitness goals.
